My Account

If you are a new user, simply click on the Login button at the top and click on register now and complete the registration.
First, make sure you're logged in, and then from My Account, click on Change Password. Enter your new password and you're done!
Again, make sure you're logged in, click on My Account, and click on My Profile and make the changes you want and click on Update.
All accounts are tied to one email address per account. If you have entered an incorrect email address, send us an email to info@galactix.asia and get in touch with us.

Buying a Ticket

First select any event you're interested in, then after going through the event details, select the type of ticket you'd like to purchase. Select the quantity of tickets you would like to purchase and then click on purchase. Check the details on the summary page and once you've confirmed your details go ahead and click on the Pay Now button.

Once you've purchased your ticket, an email with your ticket will be sent to your registered email so make sure that your email address is valid so that you recieve your ticket.

If you still havent received your e-ticket, login to your account and click on My Orders. You can find your ticket purchase history there. Click on the Ticket button to view your ticket.
No you do not need to print out your ticket. Just display your ticket with your mobile phone to gain entry to any events.

Please note that each ticket can only be used by one person as it contains a unique barcode.
